Privacy Policy

The privacy of your data is important to us. We’ll only ever access information in your account to help you with a problem. We’ll never open any files you upload unless you ask us to.

When you sign up for Intellidrafts, we ask for your name, company name, address, email address, and phone number. We ask for this information so that we can personalize your account, verify your eligibility to have an account, and so we can send you invoices, updates, or other essential information. We’ll never sell your personal information to their parties, and we won’t use your name or company name in marketing statements without your permission.

When you pay for Intellidrafts, we ask for your credit card and billing address. We ask for this information so we can charge you for service, calculate any taxes due, send you invoices, and to assist in the detection of fraudulent credit card transactions. Your credit card information is passed directly to our payment processor and does not even go through our servers. We store a record of the payment transaction for account history, invoicing and billing support, but we do not store your credit card information.

When you contact Intellidrafts with a question or to ask for help, we keep the contents of our communication, and your email address, for future reference. When you browse our marketing pages, we may track that activity for statistical purposes. We also store any information you agree to provide us in response to user surveys.

We only ever share your information for the following reasons:

• To provide products or services you’re requested.
• To investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, violations of our Terms of Use, or otherwise required by law.
• If Intellidrafts is acquired by or merged with another company we will notify you before any information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Intellidrafts won’t hand over your information to law enforcement unless a court order says we must. Unless we’re legally prevented from doing so, we will always inform you when such requests are made.

All of your information is encrypted via SSL/TLS when transmitted between our servers and your browser. The database backups are also encrypted. Data isn’t encrypted while it’s live in our database since it needs to be ready to send to you when you need it.

Intellidrafts may update this policy. We’ll notify you about significant changes by emailing the account owner or placing a prominent notice on our site. You can access, change, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting support@intellidrafts.com.
